Lassiter Road traffic and the proposed bank

Said Lassiter Road is failing and worried bank traffic will make it worse; wants the fee-in-lieu spent on his neighborhood's traffic calming, plus curb, gutter, and sidewalks.

Not opposed to growth but wants traffic calming, no parking on Lassiter, possibly a right-turn-only restriction or a gate to keep cut-through traffic out.
