Representing the applicant, pitched housing variety from the low $300,000s, open space and greenway connections, and said they can't afford more Rouse Road improvements at their price points; open to discussing a future fire station site.

Lives across from the site and said Rouse Road is narrow, curvy, and dangerous with speeding; asked Council to count construction, trash, and delivery traffic, not just daily trips, and doubts the road improvements will help.
